INFORMATIONS! Please read before commissioning!

1. PLEASE DO NOT SPAM THE COMMISSION JOURNAL SAYING YOU WOULD LIKE A COMMISSION BUT CAN'T PAY FOR ONE. I know how it feels to be broke. Believe me. (Especially right now!) But the knowledge that you want to commission me but can't isn't helping either of us. Please refrain.
2. I reserve the right to decline a request or require extra payment based on the content (creatures, machines, furry, etc).
3. No porn. (Though if you're looking to my art for porn to begin with you got problems.)
4. I require full, upfront payment for commissions. Paypal only. My Paypal address is: endrealm@yahoo.com
5. I will only start work after receiving the payment.
6. You may ask for slight changes and tweaks to be made to the finished product and I will try my best to fix them, but I will not make major changes/complete overhauls by any means.
7. You have the right to use the image for personal purposes, but you cannot commercially profit from it (ie., selling/mass distributing).
8. I retain rights to the image itself, including publishing/selling the piece among my other works.
9. I reserve the right to cancel your commission at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. If you have already paid, a FULL refund will be provided regardless of progress already made on the commission.
10. In case of price changes, any current clients with secure spots will pay their old agreed upon price, not the new price.
11. The specifics of an order cannot be changed after they have been submitted. (In other words, midway through your order, I won't take additional characters you'd like done.)

TO CLAIM A COMMISSION SLOT simply send me a note asking for what kind of commission you want, and if at all possible, a quick ref of the character you'd like done. If I respond to you, you got the slot and I'll let you know we'll begin with payment and such, if not, try back next time when you see the slot open again! My Paypal address is: endrealm@yahoo.com.

These are the components of a commission. If you want your commission to have more than one character, simply add these together. (Two chibis, two waist-ups in the same picture, a waist-up with a chibi character in it, etc.) ALSO. Prices are as you see them. It doesn't cost $45 to get the lines of something, then an additional $65 to get it colored. It's either one or the other. You want a piece with just lines, or a piece with lines + color. :3

Check back at this spot for future openings. As I finish commissions this section will change accordingly. I will keep this section in the tail end of my journals from now on, as long as my commissions are still available. :)

Thank you! Looking forward to working with your characters!

I've tried my best to figure this out on my own (studying the journal/other comments/etc.), but to no avail; do the characters commissioned necessarily have to be your own OC's? Specifically, I'm talking if I were to request a double of brothers Connor and Murphy from the Boondock Saints film (please know what I'm talking about, /please/) then would you have any issues with it? Much obliged!

If he draws something that he doesn't own, and gets paid to draw what he doesnt own, it is considered copyright infrigement, in which he could get in serious trouble.
The reasoning behind drawing OC's, and the OC's being your own, is that you are giving him the right to draw what you created, and are also paying him to do so, nullifying any copyright infringements in the process.
Hope that makes sense.

Is it okay if I use your list for my commissions? I cant find anything else similar, and yours seems to hit everything that needs to be.. umm.. hit.
It wont be verbatim of course, but it will probably be pretty similar.
Please let me know.
Thank you!

Since we don't feel up to trolling your journal for the answer to a question, we thought it would be grand if we inquired to the source.
Query:
Will we be expected to pay for the line art AND coloring on a commision, or is the system set to choice of Line or Color, where the commisioner recieves either lineart or a fully colored piece?
Therefore, would this mean we would be paying a total of $160 for a full body commision for example?

I would so commission you except for this: "I retain rights to the image itself, including publishing/selling the piece among my other works."

When I commission, I want to have art to show for it, not just a print... Why would let anyone retain rights to a picture of -my- character?

7. You have the right to use the image for personal purposes, but you cannot commercially profit from it (ie., selling/mass distributing).

You can still have it for personal use you can't just use it like for an artbook of your character and claim it. He means (I think) that he can use it for his like portfolio, to show others what he can do and stuff.

Wow, I wish I had people lining up for commissions like this. All you have to do it say, hey, they're open! And BAM!

I'm like.... I really need a new pen tablet... mine is broken............ anyone?
It's probably because I have very few watchers, thus no audience.
How does this site work? ;u; sigh.

But you are an extremely talented artist. I think I still have more to learn, of course.

And people must realize that they're getting a steal of a deal, commissioning you for such underpriced amounts!!

Have any tips for me? <3 ;A;

It's a shame you don't have an option for rights transfer.
You produce good art, but there's no way I'll commission you without securing the rights to the output.

omg, I wish! When I saw the journal, I had no money in my paypal and nothing in my gallery that I wanted him to draw. So now I'm working myself ragged trying to do this concept sheet of the OC I'm hoping he can draw for me (assuming I'll get the next full-body slot), and filling up my paypal. ^^;

Good god, I'm such a mess right now... XD

I have a really cool character I've wanted him to do for a long time, but I don't have a regular credit card (I use mastercard gift cards for all my online purchases), and I usually only come online at night after 9. So it's gonna be pretty much impossible. :/

For the waist-up drawings, if the character in question had wings, would they be included in the shot, or become non-exsistent?

I'm sorry for taking your time ^^;
