1. PLEASE DO NOT SPAM THE COMMISSION JOURNAL SAYING YOU WOULD LIKE A COMMISSION BUT CAN'T PAY FOR ONE. I know how it feels to be broke. Believe me. (Especially right now!) But the knowledge that you want to commission me but can't isn't helping either of us. Please refrain.
2. I reserve the right to decline a request or require extra payment based on the content (creatures, machines, furry, etc).
3. No porn. (Though if you're looking to my art for porn to begin with you got problems.)
4. I require full, upfront payment for commissions. Paypal only. My Paypal address is: endrealm@yahoo.com
5. I will only start work after receiving the payment.
6. You may ask for slight changes and tweaks to be made to the finished product and I will try my best to fix them, but I will not make major changes/complete overhauls by any means.
7. You have the right to use the image for personal purposes, but you cannot commercially profit from it (ie., selling/mass distributing).
8. I retain rights to the image itself, including publishing/selling the piece among my other works.
9. I reserve the right to cancel your commission at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. If you have already paid, a FULL refund will be provided regardless of progress already made on the commission.
10. In case of price changes, any current clients with secure spots will pay their old agreed upon price, not the new price.
11. The specifics of an order cannot be changed after they have been submitted. (In other words, midway through your order, I won't take additional characters you'd like done.)
TO CLAIM A COMMISSION SLOT simply send me a note asking for what kind of commission you want, and if at all possible, a quick ref of the character you'd like done. If I respond to you, you got the slot and I'll let you know we'll begin with payment and such, if not, try back next time when you see the slot open again! My Paypal address is: endrealm@yahoo.com.

These are the components of a commission. If you want your commission to have more than one character, simply add these together. (Two chibis, two waist-ups in the same picture, a waist-up with a chibi character in it, etc.) ALSO. Prices are as you see them. It doesn't cost $45 to get the lines of something, then an additional $65 to get it colored. It's either one or the other. You want a piece with just lines, or a piece with lines + color. :3

Check back at this spot for future openings. As I finish commissions this section will change accordingly. I will keep this section in the tail end of my journals from now on, as long as my commissions are still available.

The reasoning behind drawing OC's, and the OC's being your own, is that you are giving him the right to draw what you created, and are also paying him to do so, nullifying any copyright infringements in the process.
Hope that makes sense.
It wont be verbatim of course, but it will probably be pretty similar.
Please let me know.
Thank you!
Query:
Will we be expected to pay for the line art AND coloring on a commision, or is the system set to choice of Line or Color, where the commisioner recieves either lineart or a fully colored piece?
Therefore, would this mean we would be paying a total of $160 for a full body commision for example?
