Tom Thumb.by `Endling

After much coercing, I decided I should hop to and make a portrait for a poorly neglected character of Everafter who has yet to make his appearance.

He has undergone many changes. But here is how he will appear.

This is Tom Thumb. Upon his apprehension by the faculty of Everafter, he was subject to various experiments to determine the nature of his bizarre connection with his shoes. Tom’s claims that his boots berated him and told him to do things sparked interest in the higher tiers of the faculty. Despite their best efforts, they were unable to remove them from his feet, figure out where in the world Tom's real feet went, and never determined whether or not the boots were sentient.

Which is exactly what the boots wanted.

Edit 5/07: I like this original grayed out version better. Poor Tom. Revised so much. He'll end up being a two foot tall bald girl by the end of the series.

Trying to read through the comments, yet not finding the answer-- how do the boots tie in to the Tom Thumb fairytale?

I would pay for someone to make boots like his but some that actually talk/roar/and even blink just to screw with people I would probly use a siri program as the base response synaps but inbed thousands of responses to questions or reactions and then walk through a park with small children or by a church on sunday...... I know what I'm going to do now
