The lead character of the Everafter series, once again. Though this is how she'll be seen in the comic. The changes are pretty obvious.
To answer some questions/comments I've been getting.. to those who liked how they looked in the originals, they couldn't entirely stay that way for the comic I was envisioning. I like action sequences and emotive faces, the originals lacked the kind of proportions that could have them in elaborate hand-to-hand combat sequences.. haha. They had big 'ol giant heads and stubby little arms and legs. Wouldn't have looked right. That was more of a temporary style for that particular project. This one is much more.. well, to all those people who said Hansel and Gretel looked like they were battle-ready lethal weapons, haha, you're on to something.
Red's personality has changed a lot though. She is very much more aware of herself and her surroundings, as opposed to a boggle-eyed demon wielding a saw. (You can't make a very long story about a character that one-dimensional. Well. She does return to that 'mode' a number of times during the comic, but..) Don't worry. Their core character itself is the same. Red will still chop up many people. Hansel and Gretel will enjoy burning things to the ground and/or eating people. Etc.
Inked in Open Canvas, from a sketch in my book.
Colored in Photoshop CS.

I can't wait for the comic! I'm actually considering cosplaying her now, since I love the costume so much; you wouldn't mind, would you? When will the comic comes out? I'll wear it then.

We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
